Eric found a love for insurance shortly after becoming licensed for life insurance with MassMutual in 2001. One of his first experiences after starting in the business was to deliver a life insurance benefit check to a family and noticed how vital that check was to that family's future after losing a loved one. Since then, Eric has expanded his expertise into most other types of insurance, knowing that his clients would be best served by someone that knew the business and had the experience to help their families determine the right solution for them. This includes disability income protection, long term care insurance, health plan and Medicare Supplements, property and casualty and so much more.
Eric has spent the past 20 years volunteering in youth programs throughout the city of Rochester and beyond. Eric has been active in youth sports, The Boy Scouts of America, and the Local Music Program. Most recently, Eric has become involved with the Special Olympics of NH as a committee member of the Annual Basketball Tournament held in March each year.
Eric has been married to his wife, Clara, for 20 years and together they have 3 children. Ben is a recent graduate of Spaulding High School where he participated in the band and starred in several Drama productions including Mama Mia. AJ is a current Spaulding High School senior that is a 3 sport athlete, competing in Golf, Basketball and Baseball. Anna is a Freshman at Spaulding High School. She is active in the music program and plays both basketball and softball. With softball as her primary sport, she competes during the summer with several summer travel programs.

Jerry Boudreau
Medicare Supplement Plans and Health Plan Adviser
Jerry could be considered to be in his youth of the Insurance Profession, becoming licensed in 2012 he quickly gained knowledge and training in health insurance, more specifically Medicare. He considers himself not so much an insurance salesman but more an insurance educator, taking the time to explain the complex subjects of Health and Medicare Insurance. Determining the root of the consumer’s confusion is his first step in getting a potential client to the point where they understand why they need his services.
Jerry was born and raised in Rochester and loves reminiscing about the way things used to be in Rochester. He is active in the community as a board member at Options, a crisis pregnancy center that recently relocated from Dove to Rochester, he also volunteers on several fundraising events such as the Barrington Chamber’s Golf Outing and created a Motorcycle fundraiser for Options.
Jerry and his wife Sylvia have a blended family of 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren. They regularly attend Grace Community Church where their son-in-law is lead pastor. In the past 2 years, they have been enjoying their “new to them” motor home, camping in Maine ind Vermont and looking forward to spreading their wings to other states.

Rich strives to simplify the financial investment world and create obtainable financial goals for his clients. Investing since he was 14 years old, he knows the investment world can be a scary and confusing place. Along with his eight years of experience as a Financial Advisor, his MBA and twenty years of engineering experience gives him the advantage of being able to boil down technical financial instruments in a simple to understand way. Rich works diligently with his clients to create financial and investing strategies that they can understand and implement.
Rich is very passionate about giving back to the community. He is the Chairman of the Board for The Share Fund and an active member of the board of The Monarch School of New England and the Greater Barrington Chamber of Commerce.
When Rich is not helping clients, he enjoys his time with his wife, Ginger, in Strafford, NH. He also has three children: Garren is a salesman for a biotech company in San Francisco, Morgan is a CPA working for a large auditing firm, and Erin is a high-school math teacher in Vermont.
